Do I need a subscription?

Do paid credits expire?
Paid credits do not expire while your account remains active.
What happens if generation fails?
Credits are reserved before generation and automatically released if the task fails without a usable result.
Can I request a refund?
A top-up can be refunded within 7 days if none of its credits have been consumed. See the Terms for details.
Can I see the cost before generating?
Every generation shows its credit cost before you submit; the server-side rule at task creation controls the final charge.
Do blocked requests use credits?
All AI usage follows the Acceptable Use Policy. Blocked requests never consume credits.
